Research Our research philosophy: Consumers are the key determinants of growth. As such we believe that they should be at the heart of growth programmes. In order to deliver the most creative and pragmatic solutions we include consumers early within the process, referring to them whilst not deferring to them. In this way, developments in brand, product , category and design use consumer focus to expand creativity and not diminish it.
From the outset, we are focused on output and the need to provide clear, unambiguous, and pragmatic direction to help fuel growth. In order to gain the greatest insight from consumers we believe in placing them within the context of experience: the point of purchase, the point of use, residual perceptions in the consumer’s mind.
Therefore we have invested in specialist facilities and research teams based in Sheffield and Windsor. Each location has specifically designed areas to enable us to talk to and observe consumers in context; including domestic spaces, kitchens, simulated shop fixtures, and the capability to project potential store & category scenarios via virtual reality. Our international experience includes Europe, Asia, Australasia and The Americas. Within these projects we work with expert local agencies and moderators. We attend all fieldwork and report centrally so that we can deliver outstanding solutions based on central analysis and in depth knowledge of local cultures.
